Rules of Use for Restaurant Customers

  1. BH takes no responsibility whatsoever regarding the accuracy of any representations made regarding Kashrut, regardless of the Kashrut agency advertised. Any Kashrut information is a representation made solely by the restaurants themselves. We recommend verifying Kashrut information before dining, as changes can and do take place over the course of time. If a restaurant is listed as Kosher Uncertified, there is no Mashgiach who is contracted to supervise the premises, but the restaurant claims that the ingredients are Kosher and milk and meat laws are observed.
  2. There is no guarantee that an advertised restaurant is kosher at all. Actual kashrut must be verified by the diner using his own judgment and personal standards for Kashrut.
  3. Restaurant Reviews can be written only if you have actually eaten the restaurant’s food.
  4. By posting a review online, the customer agrees that all information submitted becomes part of the public domain and that he or she waives all privacy given the access now available to his identity due to the review he has posted.
  5. BH is not responsible in any way for take-away orders placed online. All issues, complaints and/or claims must be addressed to the restaurant.
  6. Coupons downloaded from the site cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  7. Coupons must be presented at the time of the order.
  8. Only one coupon per order per day may be used.

Restaurant Membership Terms & Conditions

  1. We offer Standard and Premium Annual Subscriptions. Each subscription commences from the date you sign up. A Standard membership requires that the restaurant offer a coupon year-round. A Premium membership grants the restaurant the flexibility of offer coupons at its discretion. A Standard Membership can always be upgraded to a Premium Membership. The cost of the upgrade is a fixed price – the difference between a Standard and Premium membership at the time of the upgrade.

Any coupons issued during the Standard Membership term must still be honored.

  1. In the event that a yearly subscription is not renewed, and during the last six months of the subscription a featured listing is purchased, the featured listing is also automatically cancelled at the end of the subscription period, even if only part of the featured period has elapsed. If the subscription has been renewed, the remaining featured months will be carried over.

  2. BH wishes to maintain the highest degree of reliability and honesty in all of its services. Accordingly, we require all restaurants to adhere to the following rules to ensure that no discrepancy exists between the information listed on our website and the actual dining experience.

  3. All representations made on the website must be honored, without qualification.

  4. All menu prices as advertised on the website must be honored by the restaurant, with no deviation.

  5. Any updates to the website are the sole responsibility of the restaurant.

  6. The online take-away menu is a free feature. BH reserves the right to charge an additional fee for this service in the future.

  7. The restaurant must confirm all take-away orders placed via the website by return SMS or by phone to the customer within 10 minutes of receipt.

  8. Reservations made online must be confirmed within 30 minutes, either by SMS or phone.

  9. The above rules regarding reply times for confirmation of take-out and reservations apply only from 30 minutes after the opening hours and until the last 60 minutes before orders are being accepted or closing time in regard to reservations, as advertised.

  10. If BH receives 3 or more complaints for any reason within a 3 month period, the subscription will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

  11. Coupons:

  • A restaurant can define its own terms & conditions of its coupon within the following parameters:
  • Coupon discounts must be either 10%, 12%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 33%, 35%, 40%, or 50%
  • Coupons must be accepted for a minimum of 3 days that you are open.

                     The options for number of diners is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or ‘no Maximum.’

                     Order types can be limited to a minimum of one of the following:

                           Sit-down, Business Lunch, Take-away, Home Delivery

  • Coupons can be presented in the form of an SMS message, email or print out.
  • Coupons must be honored for 14 days from the time it has been downloaded/ printed or sent via SMS. A 14-day expiry date must automatically appear on coupons.
  • Only one coupon can be used per order per day.
  1. Restaurants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in addition to terms and conditions on other websites in the Baruch Haba network.

  1. Our website provides services on an “AS IS” basis meaning that we may, at any time and without notice to you, discontinue this website or any other Baruch Haba website either temporarily or permanently. We are not responsible for any liability that results from any discontinuation of service or its impact on the restaurant in any way whatsoever, including loss of any data stored in our system.

All information on is provided on an “AS IS” basis. Baruch Haba makes no warranty, express or implied, and disclaims and negates all warranties including non-infringement of intellectual property and we make no warranty about the accuracy, likely results, completeness, currency, licensing, or reliability of any of information on this site, any website, any website linked to us or any links on a Baruch website.  We make no implied or expressed warranty that this service will be uninterrupted, virus free or that any content is safe for download or use in any manner.


Limitation of Liability does not represent any restaurant or restaurant service advertised on any of our websites. Representations made by restaurants are governed by that restaurant’s policies. Baruch shall not be held liable or responsible in any manner for any dealings or interactions between a restaurant and its customers.  



You agree to indemnify and hold harmless,, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners and any other party associated with from any claim, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt or demand, including, but not limited to, lawyer’s fees as a result of your use of the Baruch its parent or related websites, your use of a Restaurant or restaurant service advertising on Baruch Haba, your violation of terms, your violation of any third party right  or personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever resulting from your access to our websites, subsidiaries or affiliates.


Reservation of Rights

We reserve all rights including trademark and copyright that we have in our site, its contents and services being advertised.



If any provision or part of a provision of this Agreement is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall remain in force.  If any invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision would be valid, enforceable and legal if some part of it were deleted, the provision shall apply with whatever modification necessary as to leave the residual provision intact.
